How to make pan rolls at home

Pan rolls comes under different names. Chinese rolls, fish rolls etc..They are so easy to make at home. The filling can be done with vegetables, fish or meat to suit to your needs. The batter is done by the commercial way and it it stays crunchy for days. If you freeze them you can directly bake them in oven to serve as it is or with a side salad.
Ingredients for the filling.......
2 cans any fish
1 grated potato
one grated onion
garlic and ginger
herbs to taste
salt to taste
chilli flakes or green chillies
pepper to taste
2 tbsp oil for stir frying
For the pan cakes
750 ml water
3 eggs
1/2 tsp Baking powder
Enough salt to taste salt
2 cups plain flour
For the coating
1 cup flour
1 cup water
pinch salt
pinch turmeric powder
Enough bread crumbs
