Today, we're sharing a cherished traditional recipe: Mashingasanga Ghashi, a flavorful drumstick curry. What makes this dish truly special is the unique aroma and taste of Teppal (also known as Sichuan or Indian Pepper), our star ingredient.
This wholesome curry is built on a classic masala of freshly grated coconut, fiery Ramnaad dried red chilies, and tangy tamarind, creating a perfect accompaniment to any meal.
INGREDIENTS:
3 Drumsticks (De-skinned & Cut into 1.5 inch cubes)
10-12 Teppal (Washed and gently smashed)
FOR MASALA:
1/2 Grated Coconut
10 Dried Red Chillies (Ramnaad Variety)
Marble Sized Ball of Tamarind
