Warm Up: Foam Roller, Skips, Scoops, High Kicks, Knee Raises, Stretching
Set One: 5x5 Deadlifts, Bentover Rows, Cleans, Shoulder Press, Squats
Set Two: Cable Crunches & Planks
Set Three: Tricep & Bicep Drop Sets
Set Four: Bicep Curls Supersets
Set Five: Tricep Push-Ups, TRX Curls, Dips
