In this video, I explore Rangsapara, known as one of the cleanest villages of Assam, located near Goalpara district in Northeast India. Walking through this beautifully maintained village, I try to understand how cleanliness, community effort, and simple rural living come together to create a model village in Assam.
Just 10 km from Rangsapara, I also visit Urpad Beel, a vast freshwater wetland near Goalpara, famous for its rich biodiversity, migratory birds, and peaceful natural landscapes. Urpad Beel is one of the most important wetlands in Assam, offering a completely different experience compared to village life.
This video is part of my Northeast India travel series (EP 1), where I explore hidden villages, wetlands, and offbeat destinations across Assam and Northeast India on my motorcycle. From clean rural roads in Rangsapara village to the wild beauty of Urpad Beel, this journey showcases a side of Goalpara, Assam that few people talk about.
