Pilates for Seniors - Pilates Matwork Beginner - 30min - Suitable for osteopenia, osteoporosis

This is an Active Ageing class designed for seniors fitness and wellbeing. You will be required too get up from the floor (mat) and back down to the floor (mat) comfortably. There is no loaded flexion in the class, making it osteopenia & osteoporosis safe. This class is also suitable for people recovering from back injuries. Please check with your doctor prior to exercising. This will improve posture, hip strength, leg strength, back strength, and core strength.
