Got my HEVO Triple Z working. This is a 500x500x500mm build.
The movement is still a bit noisy in the upper 3rd; the 8mm rods I'm using are not totally straight and alignment could always be a tad better. Also, there is still binding in the lower ~10cm at higher speeds; again, alignment and the weak-ass stepper I'm using. I definitely see a stronger stepper in my future :-) Still, accuracy is fine (.07mm on a 400mm back-and-forth travel), and I don't need more than 300mm in Z for the foreseeable future, so I am good for now.
