I've had a few people reach out to me about making beef stroganoff on the griddle... They had made this classic comfort food dinner on the flat top grill before, and they wanted to see my take on it. And since beef stroganoff is a recipe that I used to make all the time as a cook in the US Navy, I decided to give it a try.

And spoiler alert - it was fantastic! Beefy, creamy, comforting, flavorful... everything you want in a homemade beef stroganoff recipe. And it was super simple to make on the griddle with a few tips that I'll give you in the video. Enjoy!
