卤蛋
鸡蛋 – 6-8颗
水 – 700毫升
干辣椒 – 2条
桂皮 – 1条
八角 – 少许
花椒 – 少许
酱油/酱清/生抽 – 3匙
素蚝油 – 2匙
黑酱油 – 1匙
糖 – 1茶匙
五香粉 – 1茶匙
素卤肉
杏鲍菇 – 3根
豆干 – 3片
猴头菇 – 6-8粒
姜 – 一小段
水 – 1碗
素蚝油 – 适量
酱油/酱清/生抽 – 适量
黑酱油 – 适量
黑醋 – 少许
糖 – 1茶匙
蘑菇调味精 – 1茶匙

Soy Egg
Eggs – 6-8
Water – 700 ml
Dried Chili – 2 pieces
Cinnamon – 1 piece
Star Anise – Few
Sichuan Pepper – Few
Soy Sauce – 3 tablespoons
Vegetarian Oyster Sauce – 2 tablespoons
Black/Thick Soy Sauce – 1 tablespoon
Sugar – 1 teaspoon
Five-spices Powder – 1 teaspoon
Vegetarian Braised Meat
King Oyster Mushrooms – 3 pieces
Firm Tofu – 3 pieces
Lion Mane Mushrooms – 6-8 pieces
Ginger – small pieces
Water – 1 bowl
Soy Sauce – agak-agak
Vegetarian Oyster Sauce – agak-agak
Black/Thick Soy Sauce – agak-agak
Vinegar - Few
Sugar – 1 teaspoon
Mushroom Stock Powder – 1 teaspoon
Add on
Lettuce
Coriander
*如果你没有要直接吃的话,可以先静置大约1-2个小时卤蛋会更入味,口感也会更有嚼劲。You can leave the eggs for 1 - 2 hours if you are not eating them immediately. The eggs will be more flavor and firm if you soak them longer.
*素卤肉记得焖煮10分钟以上让酱汁都能被吸收进去。Simmer for 10 minutes above when cooking the vegetarian braised meat to ensure all the sauce is absorbed.
