We are getting to that time of year when tomatoes are just now starting to ripen...but get them before they do and make Fried Green Tomatoes! Kaylin will demonstrate how and when to harvest green tomatoes, and then she will take us into the kitchen to show us how to make Fried Green Tomatoes, and a baked version for anyone trying to cut down on fried foods, along with a delicious yogurt-based dipping sauce to go with them!
