Here’s a short teaser for my latest tool: a mobile fixturing table, designed for precision positioning and repeatability when processing small parts.
Key features:
Free Y-axis movement (~130 mm)
Controlled X-axis travel (~40 mm)
Height adjustment (~10 mm)
Full 360° tabletop rotation with symmetrical brakes
The slots accept any number of custom fixturing sliders, which can slide freely or be locked tightly in place. The bolt heads on each slider serve as metal pins for clamping your parts securely and consistently.
There’s also a side accessory for tool positioning, allowing rigid alignment between your cutting tool (represented here by a white pipe) and the fixturing table. It’s adjustable on the X axis and in height for fine control.
