My Wire Straightener V3 (for round wire) turned out to be a great success — people really liked it, and many ordered it.
While working closely with jewelry makers, I learned that rectangular-section wire is also quite common, but it needs a more precise, controlled straightening process. Not just removing kinks, but getting the wire truly straight and flat.
So I designed, prototyped, and built a new tool specifically for that job.
It's mostly 3D printed — but with metal in all the places that matter!
