In this video, my client Sadie came in for a bodywork session to get relief from all the pain and tightness she was experiencing in her glutes. She didn't realize she was so tight until we started working on her muscles. We worked on a lot of different stretches and cupping positions to help alleviate the tightness and get all the tension out. I utilize a combination of cupping therapy, massage therapy, and graston techniques to help get her pain issues resolved. There was a lot of work needed to get her muscles to be relieved from pain.
