The Azura Marine Earth solar electric boat sails smoothly from Mertasari Beach, Sanur, back to her cradle in Banos Bay, Bali, Indonesia. The voyage started at 7AM and ended 2 hours 15 minutes later after covering about 12 nautical miles. For around half of the voyage, the energy came from the battery and after 8AM, the solar panels started to feed into the batteries and the Manta 3.0 Ludicrous outboard electric motor.
We had 5 people onboard, 2 crew - Julien and Ela - and 3 passengers, Marius, Leonie and Agus.
