Ingredients:
500g Beef and pork meat
4-5 Medium potatoes
2-3 clovers
Basil
Lard
Olive oil
260g of Tomato sauce
1 onion

How to cook Stew with potatoes:
This is a wonderful and tasty recipe for a great dinner, let's dive into it.
First, we need to find the right ingredient. You want the meat to be soft and the potatoes should not be "farinose" as we say in Italy. That means that the potatoes should not get easily destroyed during the cooking.
Now we can start our recipe first we add in a pot the olive oil and the lard about a teaspoon is more than enough. Now slice the onion and introduce it in the pan. Let fry for a bit, just look at it when it starts to get golden you know it's time to add the meat.
So, meat in, cook it until you see the meat changing color, about 10min ad add the wine and let it dry under the heat of the cooking pot.
Add potatoes and keep cooking for another 10minutes.
