❤️🩹🥗 Y’all, I went to the doctor and got some test results that weren’t great… but the doctor believes they can be corrected with diet and exercise.
So I’m going to be cooking up more healthy recipes for y’all — and still sharing some good ol’ comfort food, because it’s all about moderation.
I made an egg roll bowl and even whipped up a fresh tzatziki sauce to go with it — healthy and delicious!

Ingredients
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 whole cucumber, peeled, grated, and well-drained (use cheesecloth or a clean towel)
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 teaspoons fresh or dried dill
Instructions
1. Peel and grate the cucumber. Place it in a cheesecloth or clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible. This keeps the dip thick and creamy.
2. In a medium bowl, add the Greek yogurt, drained cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
3. Stir in salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and dill until fully combined.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with fresh veggies, pita, grilled meats, or spooned generously over salmon or chicken.
