Are you new to meditation? The practice does not require you to be still or absent of any thoughts. Rather, meditation requires you to consciously bring yourself back to the present moment without judging your thoughts.
This 12-minute guided meditation is a calming introduction to meditation using conscious breathing.
No special equipment is required. Find a comfortable seated position free from external distractions.
At the end of this session, observe how your body feels. Do you feel ready to enjoy the day? Do you feel excited about what your day will bring? Compare these feelings to how you felt before starting your meditation.
