Welcome to week three woop woop! This week we are focusing on controlled mobility, Eccentric hip flexor strength and Balanced movement.
In this session you will learn how it feels to keep your pelvis steady while moving through multiple planes of movement in one exercise. You will do this by adjusting how you are activating your core through each change in motion through your legs.
