“Aura of Blood” is the blasphemous debut full-length album by AnāʻAnā, a defiant new black metal entity forged by Belgian musicians Déhà and Lore, known for their work in Cult of Erinyes, SLOW, Imber Luminis, Maladie and Transcending Rites.

With this release, AnāʻAnā rekindles the arcane and putrid essence of true nineties black metal, the kind born from the gut, owing nothing to trends or expectations. Raw, feral and uncompromising, “Aura of Blood” delivers old-school black metal in its most violent and honest form, driven by primitive aggression, acrid riffs and a suffocating aura of malice.

Drawing heavily from the classics, Celtic Frost, Bathory, Mayhem, Darkthrone and Carpathian Forest, the album channels a dark and malevolent energy, with nods to black’n’roll and black thrash rooted in instinct, hostility and total rejection of restraint.
