The 2nd Datu a Bantogen sa Ranaw is an advocacy-based, socio-cultural video competition that aims to feature history, culture and arts, tourism, youth and peace stories, and UN SDGs as mainstreamed in the different component LGUs in the province of Lanao del Sur.

This project is an initiative of the Provincial Government of Lanao del Sur through the Office of Board Member Jeff Adiong (SK Panlalawigang Pederasyon President) in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme co-funded by the European Union, Save the Children Philippines supported by an Asian Development Bank Project funded by the Japan Fund for Poverty Reduction, and Smart Communications, Inc.

The criteria for judging will be as follows:

STORYLINE / X-FACTOR = 45%
(how they featured history, culture, tourism, peace-building, and the UN SDGs in their advocacy)
CREATIVITY & ORIGINALITY = 20%
TECHNICAL QUALITY = 30%
(cinematography = 10%; editing = 5%; audio, music & sound effects = 5%; language & subtitle = 10%)
ONLINE AUDIENCE IMPACT = 5%
