In Day Three of the Hothouse Planning Event, we turn our attention to money, metrics, and financial clarity - without overwhelm, spreadsheets for the sake of it, or intimidating accounting language.

This session follows on from days one and two, covering simple business planning, in this video we look at financial projections, so you can make confident decisions about pricing, priorities, and growth in 2026.

We explore how different revenue streams contribute to your business over time, why not all income is created equal, and how to think strategically about what pays you now vs what builds future value. You’ll learn how to model your business in a simple, visual way that supports long-term sustainability rather than short-term hustle.

You’ll also be introduced to a practical, designer-friendly approach to metrics — what’s worth tracking, and how to use numbers as a supportive feedback system, not a stick to beat yourself with.
