Tomorrow I’ll be going in for my first round of blood work since starting this experiment.
In this episode, I talk about what labs are coming, what they can and cannot tell us, and how I’m thinking about the results before seeing any numbers. This blood draw will include a lipid panel and fasting glucose, but not A1C, which I plan to test later around Day 90.
I explain why trends matter more than individual results, why blood work is only one data point, and why the results will not change the habits I’ve been practicing unless something truly unexpected shows up.
