We're Back! Sail along to one of the best anchorage on the island, my personal favorite, Goat Harbor. This is the more incredible spot in my opinion to travel, anchor and explore on Catalina Island. This protected anchorage offers an incredible dramatic view, camping sites on the beach. This spot is great destination to see rare island plants, birdwatching, snorkel, hiking, and other wildlife.
The goal of this channel is to share is to introduce sailors to the natural world around them so they can see and appreciate incredible ecology and science of the places we explore. In this video, we see plant and pollinator co-evolution strategies of plants along the coastal bluff.
