M1911 GBB Gel Blaster/Airsoft Top Slide Stuck on Hammer FIX

Hope this helps everyone! If you have any other tips then let me know in the comments.
If these steps don't work, see below.

1. Try stretching the spring in the blowback unit (not the main spring that sits next to the barrel, its the small spring that is underneath the blowback unit). Don't over stretch it, as it will be difficult to get back in without it popping out. This method will create more resistance and force the blowback unit back to its correct position.

2. Try taking the blowback unit out of the slide completely to give it a good clean, video here on how to do it -    • 1911 blowback removal and inspection

4. Maybe your hammer is causing the issue, here is a video I posted on how to file it down.
