The coconut Gerbeaud recipe is very simple and delicious; it makes a visually appealing dessert. With 4 layers of dough, plenty of jam, and coconut filling, I can't imagine anything more delicious. Ingredients:
550 g flour
200 g butter
70 g sugar
1 packet of baking powder (10 g)
200 g sour cream OR yogurt
2 egg yolks
orange extract
600 g of apricot jam
250 g coconut flakes
150 g granulated sugar
200 g melted chocolate
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
