Once you've made the pre-creases and drawn the pattern on, the final step is fold it into the hat.

I get my Wyndstone Marble Lt (4.5pd) paper from Flax Art in San Francisco. They don't have an online store but they do take orders by phone: (415) 552-2355 UPDATE Flax Art doesn't carry Wyndstone but you can purchase it on www.kimscrane.com . It goes by the name of Elephant Hide Paper.
