"I chose the sentence “The mirror showed something that wasn’t there.” This sentence stood out to me for a few reasons. Last year in my creative writing class, I wrote a collection of poems using a mirror as a metaphor for my physical and mental problems. I felt like I could adapt that concept into my short film. The different ideas for reflections and parallelism in shots got me to start researching inspiration. " ~ Joseph Levy
