I can't stay away from Castlevania Adventure. I feel like it is my duty to defend it. While it's pretty much common knowledge that Rebirth is a good Castlevania game, where does it's identity come from? Is it truly a remake of Adventure, or are there more influences that haven't been discussed at as much length? I played through this game, then Adventure, then Belmont's Revenge, then Legends, then Rondo, then Bloodlines twice for this review. It felt good. Freaking heck, Bloodlines and Rondo are so good. Look out for a Rondo video one of these months...
