The Constitutional Court will today pronounce on who between the Minister of Justice and the NPA has the power to request extraditions. This follows Moroadi Cholota's case, where the Free State High Court found it had no jurisdiction to try her. Cholota was extradited from the United States in August 2024 to face corruption and money laundering charges linked to the Free State asbestos case. Juniour Khumalo reports.
