1 spicchio d’aglio
Parmigiano 150 g
Besciamella 1 Litro
Farina 60 g
1 litro di latte scremato (o parzialmente scremato)
Sale q.b
Noce moscata q.b
In forno preriscaldato statico a 180 gradi per 15 minuti gli ultimi 5 minuti forno ventilato
