GN GNAT Cycle Kart: The Driveshaft

Here's a video demonstrating the drive setup on my GN GNAT cyclekart build. For my kart I went with a front engine design, which makes transferring the drive to the rear wheels a lot more complicated than if I built a RWD kart. To do this, I found a Polaris differential/right angle gearbox from an AWD quad (part #1341323). The gearbox uses 22t splined input and output shafts which forced me to use Polaris's drive shaft. Unfortunately this drive shaft has a design flaw where the two yokes are out of phase by 60 degrees which caused a lot of vibration. I had the shaft cut and then realigned it to reduce the vibration significantly.
I'll do a better video in the future that goes over the whole drive system in more detail
