🍚 Ingredients List (for 4 servings):

Oil: 1/2 cup
Onion: 1 medium size
Cumin/zera: 1 tsp
Black cardamom/elaichi: 1
Black pepper: 8-10
Cloves/loung: 4-5
Cinnamon/darchini: 1-2
Ginger & garlic paste: 4-5 (chopped
Green chili: 2 medium size
Tomato sliced: 1 tsp
Red chili crushed: 1 tbsp / as req.
Salt: 1 tsp
Coriander powder: 1/2 tsp
Cumin/zera powder: 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder: 2 tbsp
Chicken cubes: 2
Potatoes: 2 medium size
Paes/matar: 100 gram
Carrots: 2 sliced
Cover it & cook it for on low flame for 6-7 min!
Water: 3 & 1/2 cup
Cover the pot until the water begins to boil.
Soaked rice: 2 cup
Soaked for 20 minutes!
*Cover it & let it absorb all the water.
Cover it & cook it for 15 min on low flame! & flame off for 10 min*
