14 Days Across Norway’s Untamed Wilderness | Cinematic Silent Hiking Film (4K)

The journey begins with a 5-day canoe expedition through Nærøyfjord, one of Norway’s most dramatic and narrow fjords. With towering cliffs, waterfalls cascading from hundreds of meters high, and constantly shifting weather — from sun to cold rain — this UNESCO World Heritage site offered a surreal paddling experience.
I also hiked above the fjord for stunning panoramic views and camped each night on the rocky shoreline under the open sky.
Next, I ventured deep into the boreal wilderness of Langsua National Park, where I spent 5 days surrounded by alpine forests, marshlands, and remote lakes.
Here I fished for trout, cooked over fire, and experienced the full spectrum of Norway’s early summer — sun, rain, strong winds, and even near-freezing temperatures at night.
One night I stayed in a traditional Norwegian cabin hidden in the forest, offering a rare glimpse into Norway's rustic outdoor culture.
Moose tracks, Arctic birds, and wildflowers lined the trails as I camped and explored this underrated gem of central Norway.
Later in the trip, I climbed up to the edge of the Folgefonna Glacier, one of the largest ice caps in Norway.
The hike traversed alpine terrain, icy rivers, and windswept plateaus — where the temperature dropped close to freezing, even in June.
The blue ice of the glacier and the haunting silence of the surrounding icefield was one of the most intense and humbling moments of the journey.
To end the trip, I canoed across a remote lake and camped alone on a small forested island, accessible only by water.
Surrounded by calm waters, I fished for pike, cooked what I caught, and slept under the stars one last time — the perfect, peaceful conclusion to a wild 2-week odyssey.
