Soft, spicy, and perfectly ghee-roasted, this Stuffed Aloo Paratha Recipe is a family favourite and super easy to make. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or even lunch!
In this video, I show you how to make masaledar aloo stuffing, fill the dough, and roast the parathas to a beautiful golden brown. Serve with curd, pickles, chutney, or butter — and enjoy a complete Sunday meal!
⭐ Recipe Details:
Serves: 5 parathas
Prep Time: 20 mins
Cooking Time: 10 mins
🥔 Ingredients:
• 2 boiled & mashed aloo
• 1 tsp chaat masala
• 1 tsp amchur powder
• 1 tsp haldi
• 1 tbsp red chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• Chopped coriander
• Chopped mint (pudina)
• 1 medium thinly sliced onion
• Wheat flour dough
• Ghee for roasting
🍳 Method Overview:
1. Mash potatoes and mix in all spices, onion, and herbs.
2. Make dough balls and add stuffing.
3. Roll parathas and roast on tawa with ghee till golden.
4. Serve hot with curd or pickle!
