Bhindi ko pehle dry masalas ke saath coat karke fry kiya gaya hai, jisse stickiness bilkul nahi hoti aur taste double ho jata hai.
Soft onions, juicy tomatoes aur optional capsicum ke saath yeh bhindi masala ban jaati hai perfect lunch ya dinner side dish 🍽️

🇮🇳 Ingredients:
• 250 gms Bhindi (Okra)
• 1 big Onion (sliced)
• 1 Tomato (chopped)
• 1 Green chilli (chopped)
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 1 Capsicum (optional)
• Salt to taste
• Turmeric powder
• Chat masala
• Zeera powder
• Dry mango powder (Amchur)
• Fresh coriander for garnish

🇮🇳 Method:
1. Bhindi ko ache se wash aur dry kar ke dry masalas ke saath mix karein aur side mein rakh dein.
2. Pan mein oil heat karein, onion aur green chilli daal kar translucent hone tak sauté karein.
3. Ab marinated bhindi add karein aur achi tarah mix karein.
4. Medium flame par fry karein jab tak bhindi ki stickiness khatam ho jaaye.
5. Tomato add karein aur cook karein jab tak mushy ho jaaye.
6. Optional capsicum add karein aur 5 mins cook karein.
7. Coriander se garnish karein aur serve karein.
