🥩 Ingredients
• ½ kg Kheema (minced meat)
• 1 big onion, sliced
• 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
• 3 green chillies, chopped
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp zeera (cumin) powder
• 1 tbsp garam masala powder
• 1 tbsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp red chilli powder
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp curd
• 1 big potato, chopped
• 2 tbsp oil

🍳 Method
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
2. Add sliced onions and green chillies, sauté until brownish.
3. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell disappears.
4. Add kheema and cook until it changes colour.
5. Add potato pieces and fry for 5–10 minutes.
6. Add all the spices and sauté well for another 10 minutes.
7. Add curd and mix well.
8. Add ½ glass water, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
9. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
