Welcome to Sweet Sweat, a 25-minute flow where we balance strength, stretch, and mindful movement. This practice is designed to help you break a sweat while still honoring your body, building heat without losing softness.
We begin with a warm-up that includes half sun salutations and gentle side abs activation, setting the tone for core awareness. as the sequence unfolds, we work with some crunches from downdog and from sunbird. We strengthen and open the thighs through goddess pose and work deeply into the obliques with a series of twists.
There’s plenty of hip action too - from taps and glute activations to leg work in standing splits. We close with nourishing stretches like firelog and dandasana, finishing grounded and refreshed.
