Hi, I’m Vic. I've been passionate about movement since I was young, exploring a variety of sports. In my 30s, I discovered yoga as a complement to my fitness routine, and I haven’t looked back since. Now in my 50s, yoga has become my foundation—not just for physical health, but for mental well-being, too.

Yoga helps me say goodbye to stress, anxiety, and the challenges of menopause. It keeps me flexible, strong, and feeling amazing in my body, no matter what activity I’m doing. I’ve gained more self-confidence and power than I ever thought possible, and I’m happier than ever!
