What to do in Playa Blanca Lanzarote in a Day 🇮🇨 Lanzarote Travel Guide

Join us as we explore Playa Blanca Lanzarote and show you what to do: the best beaches, markets and restaurants! 🏖️🐠🍹

We kicked off the day with a scenic coastal walk, stopping by the only defensive structure in south Lanzarote - El Castillo O Torre del Águila. After this we made our way to upmarket Marina Rubicón, where we browsed the vibrant Playa Blanca Market with local crafts, souvenirs and fresh produce. Of course, we had to stop for a refreshing sugar cane juice before grabbing a coffee with an ocean view.

From there, we strolled towards central Playa Blanca, stopping at Playa Dorada and checking out the legendary "Spoon in Concrete" (a true hidden gem - if you know, you know!). After some shopping and a surprise parrot at Playa Blanca, it was time for a well-earned lunchtime cocktail before heading to our absolute favourite beach in Playa Blanca - Playa Flamingo.

We couldn’t resist stopping by La Bahia, our go-to beachside restaurant, for some delicious food (and a couple more cocktails!) and then we went for our dip as we think Playa Flamingo is the best spot for swimming - sheltered and warm.

As the day drew to a close, we enjoyed one of Lanzarote’s epic sunsets before rounding off the day with DELICIOUS pizza at The Italian Job. Seriously, you should try it as it was our fave pizza on the island! On the way home we met Oscar, our bestest stray cat friend on all of Lanzarote 🐈
