Pork Belly 1400 g
Sea salt 55 g
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
Chili pepper 1/2 tsp
Red wine 330ml
Garlic 1 clove
Salt 1/2 tsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
Chili pepper 1/2 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Black Pepper 3 tsp
