This chicken recipe is one of the famous chicken recipes in the Philippines. We usually eat using our hands or kamay when eating this sooo rich in flavours chicken recipe. A hot plain rice and spicy dipping sauce is surely satisfying! Ooops, don't forget the icy softdrinks :)

Ingredients:
6 pcs chicken legs( with2 tbsp salt)
1 cup coke
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
3 TBSP lemon or kalamansi
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp black pepper
Tanglad or lemon grass
3 TBSP oyster sauce
2 Thumb size ginger/luya
7 pcs garlic, smashed
For basting:
I melted the butter in a pan until it became a bit golden in color then added the oil and atsuete powder
2 Tbsp butter
Atsuete powder/Annato
3 TBSP oil
For dipping sauce:
Lemon juice or kalamansi
Soy Sauce
Spicy chilli
