Canning Cranberry Juice, Cherry Juice, & Jellied Cranberry Sauce - They Turned Out Incredible!

Hello friends! I hope you are all having a fantastic week! In today's video, we're diving into the world of cranberries and exploring everything from homemade juice to delicious cranberry sauce. We're even going to try cherry juice for the first time together!
I've been on a major homemade juice kick lately, and let me tell you, it's incredibly convenient to have these tasty beverages ready to go on my pantry shelf. There's nothing quite like enjoying juice made with simple, clean ingredients.

Cranberry Juice/Cherry Juice Recipe (page 189 of ball book):
2 1/2 lbs cranberries/cherries
8 cups water
sugar is optional and to taste
leave 1/4 inch of headspace and process for 15 minutes

Jellied Cranberry Sauce (page 177 of ball book):
4 1/2 cups cranberries
1 3/4 cup water
2 cups sugar
leave 1/4 inch head space and process for 15 minutes
