Easy Cranberry Butter for The Holidays!

How to make (and can) your own cranberry butter, and it makes a perfect Christmas gift too-- I like to wrap it in a box with mixes for hot cocoa and cream scones for Christmas morning breakfast.

For the curious, the definition of a fruit butter is as follows: "Butters are fine textured spreads made with pureed or seived fruit pulp that is cooked with sugar to a smooth spreadable consistency"
