15 Exotic Chocolate Full Course Recipes | Manisha Bharani Kitchen | Diwali Special Recipes
Exotic Chocolate Recipes

1) Berry Pistachio Bite Chocolate:-
Ingredients:
¼ cup Chopped Dried Cranberries
1 inch Cocoa Butter
1.5 Slab White Compound Chocolate
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Pistachio Pieces

Method:
Take ¼ cup Dried Cranberries and cut them into small pieces.
Add 1 inch of Cocoa Butter in White Compound Chocolate and melt it.
Add Cranberries and Pistachios in the molten white chocolate.
Take a mold of your choice and add some dried cranberries and pistachios to it and finally top it with the prepared chocolate.
Set the chocolates in freezer.
Garnish as shown in video.

2) Citrus Delight Chocolate:-
Ingredients:
Crushed Orange Candies
1 inch Cocoa Butter
1.5 Slab White Compound Chocolate
Orange Chocolate Soluble Colour

Method:
Add 1 inch of Cocoa Butter in White Compound Chocolate and melt it.
Add Orange Chocolate Soluble Colour in the molten white chocolate.
Take a mold of your choice and add some Crushed Orange Candies and Sugar garnishings as shown in the video and finally top it with the prepared chocolate.
Set the chocolates in freezer.
Garnish as shown in video.

3) Crown Berry Chocolate:-
Ingredients:
1.5 pieces of Dried Strawberry (Finely Chopped)
1 inch Cocoa Butter
1.5 Slab White Compound Chocolate
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Cashews

Method:
Take the Dried Strawberries and finely chop it.
Add 1 inch of Cocoa Butter in White Compound Chocolate and melt it.
Add The dried strawberries and cashews in the molten white chocolate.
Take a mold of your choice and add the prepared chocolate.
Set the chocolates in freezer.
Garnish as shown in video.


4) Irish Mocha Bite Chocolate:-
Ingredients:
1 inch Cocoa Butter
1.5 Slab White Compound Chocolate
1.5 tbsp Instant Coffee Powder
1 tbsp Cashew Pieces
1 tbsp Hazelnut Pieces
3-4 drops Irish Cream Essence
1.5 tbsp Rice Crisps
Dutch Cocoa Powder

Method:
Add 1 inch of Cocoa Butter in White Compound Chocolate and melt it.
Add instant coffee powder, cashews, hazelnuts, irish cream essence and rice crisps in the molten white chocolate and mix it.
Take a mold of your choice and dust Dutch Cocoa Powder and add the prepared chocolate.
Set the chocolates in freezer.
Garnish as shown in video.

5) Rasmalai Chocolate:-
Ingredients:
1 inch Cocoa Butter
1.5 Slab White Compound Chocolate
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Almonds
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Pistachio
Yellow Chocolate Soluble Colour
¼ tsp Rasmalai Essence

6) Gulabi Gulkand Chocolate:-
Ingredients:-
150gms White Chocolate Slab
1 Piece Cocoa Butter
2 tbsp Almond
2 tbsp Pistachio

7) Milk Masala Chocolate:-
Ingredients:-
150gms White Chocolate Slab
1 Piece Cocoa Butter
Few Strings Saffron
1 tbsp Cashew
1 tbsp Almond
1 tbsp Pistachio
¼ tsp Elachi Powder
Yellow Colour

8) Paan Bahar Chocolate:-
Ingredients:-
150gms White Chocolate Slab
1 Piece Cocoa Butter
2 tbsp Gulkand Paan Mukhwas
1 tbsp Tutti Frutti
Green Colour

9) Nutty Lavender Chocolate:-
Ingredients:-
150gms White Chocolate Slab
1 Piece Cocoa Butter
Violet Colour
2 tbsp Almond
2 tbsp Pistachio

10) Caramel Crunch Chocolate:-
Ingredients:-
100gms White Chocolate Slab
25gms Dark Chocolate Slab
1 Piece Cocoa Butter
3 tbsp Butterscotch Chikki
2 tbsp Pistachio


11) Faluda Crunch Chocolate:-
Ingredients:-
3 tbsp Almond
3 tbsp Pistachio
Roast for ½ minute on slow flame.
200gms White Chocolate Slab
1 Piece Cocoa Butter

12) Pistachio Crunch Chocolate:-
Ingredients:-
3 tbsp Almond
3 tbsp Pistachio
Roast for ½ minute on slow flame.
200gms Pista Chocolate Slab
1 Piece Cocoa Butter

13) Pina Crunch Chocolate:-
Ingredients:-
3 tbsp Mango Pieces
3 tbsp Cashew
200gms Pineapple Chocolate Slab
1 Piece Cocoa Butter


14) Tangy Crunch Chocolate:-
Ingredients:-
3 tbsp Pineapple Pieces
1 ½ tbsp Kiwi Pieces
3 tbsp Cashew
200gms White Chocolate Slab
1 Piece Cocoa Butter

15) Cookie N Cream Crunch Chocolate:-
Ingredients:-
6 Oreo Cookies
200gms White Chocolate Slab
1 Piece Cocoa Butter
