In this video I review the basic ankle movements of dorsi and plantar flexion from supine (lying on the back), using self pandiculation. I include the toe movements of flexion (curling the toes under or pointing the toes) with plantar flexion and toe extension
(bringing the toes toward the kneecap) with dorsi flexion.
