Karam and Amir decided to visit a maamoul factory on an exciting day. Upon arrival, they were welcomed by the factory manager, who took them on a tour to see how maamoul is made. They watched how the dough is mixed with dates and shaped using special molds. They also saw the machines that bake the maamoul to a perfect golden color. They learned how the maamoul is packed in beautiful boxes before being distributed to stores.
During the tour, they discovered a lot about production techniques and how to maintain ingredient quality. The visit ended with tasting fresh maamoul, leaving Karam and Amir thrilled by the fascinating process they had witnessed.
