Flexibility and mobility are very different. Flexibility usually means passive stretching whereas mobility means using movement to open up space in the body. If you have old injuries, body aches, tightness, rounded shoulders, poor posture, or you just want to bulletproof your body - these mobility exercises will help immensely.
Many of these movements I got from doctors in the field of PT and Kinesiology after I herniated a disc in my back. It's exercises like this that helped me heal my body and come back stronger than before. Let me know in the comments if this was helpful for you.
