Warm-Up
30 sec (FWD/BWD) – Shoulder Circles
30 sec – Arm Scissors
30 sec – Active Shoulder Extension (Seals)
30 sec – Metacarpal Push-Ups
30 sec – Wrist Pull-Backs
60 sec – Wrist Stretch Fingers Forward / Finger Back
30 sec – Puppy Stretch
2 Sets
30 sec – Standing PVC Lifts
30 sec (R/L) – Standing Pike Split Kicks
20 sec – Handstand (belly to the wall)
1 Set
5 reps (R/L) – Standing Handstand Kick-In Practice
60 sec – Wrist Stretch
1 Set
5 reps (R/L) – Handstand Kick-In Practice w/hands on floor
60 sec – Standing Shoulder Stretch against the wall
1 Set
5 reps – Tuck to Handstand
60 sec – Wrist Stretch
1 Set
5 reps – Straddle to Handstand
60 sec – Wrist Stretch
1 Set
5 reps (R/L) – Single Leg Tuck Handstand
60 sec – Wrist Stretch
Cool Down
