Hi Lovelies, This recipe is just one of my favorite. Please try this Roasted Fish with Tamarind Sauce, it's the bomp for sure. Sometimes, this recipe calls for fish deep fry, but I decided to try something different, and I don't regret it. This Recipe is one in a million. Goodluck and let me know how it turns out!.
1 Whole Tilapia or any Fish
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Blackpepper
Tamarind Sauce
6-7 Fresh Coriander Stems or 3 Roots
3 tbsp Tamarind Paste
4 -5 Garlic Cloves
5-10 Fresh Chilli
¼ Small Red Onion
½ Tsp Salt
½ Thumpsize Ginger
2 tsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
2 tbsp Water
