Starting solids for my baby girl has been such a special milestone! 💖 In this video, I’m sharing the first 3 solid foods I introduced to my daughter at 6 months – all gentle, nutritious, and baby-friendly.

✨ Here’s what she’s having:
1. Apple & Dates Puree – Naturally sweet and iron-rich
2. Rice, Moong Dal, Carrot & Potato Mash – Cooked with a spoon of desi ghee and a sprinkle of cashew powder for healthy fats and flavor
3. Cerelac (store-bought for now) – Planning to switch to homemade versions soon!
