3/4 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz Lemon juice
2 oz Chinotto

Chinotto is an Italian sparkling beverage, similar to Coca Cola but much better (in my opinion). It is made out of a fruit called the Chinotto, a citrus that's like an hybrid between a mandarin and a bitter orange. The fruit itself is not really eatable and that's why it is always transformed to be consumed. It makes a delicious soft drink that once again will be amazing in all you coca cola cocktail recipes.
